The theme of the 4th UAE International Poster Festival is inspired by the 'UAE Centennial 2071', a future-oriented human-centered project that calls for envisioning the future in order to improve our quality of life: through innovative ideas and scientific design for improving living conditions for future generations.
The concept of the poster is based on what Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid said on this topic: “The future belongs to those who can imagine it, design it and execute it. It isn’t something you await, but rather create." Having this in mind, the poster attempts to illustrate the most prominent technological and scientific innovative ideas and theories of the presence that are going to shape our future, hence the main title of the poster "The Future is Now"
